Seminar: Word Sense Disambiguation
|
|
I have started working with Dr. Han on this research topic as
research assistant since Spring 2003-04. We aim at applying natural
language processing technique like WSD to information extraction,
text mining and semantic web. Therefore, apart from the algorithm
of WSD itself, we pay much attention to public resources like
WordNet, generic methods such as Expectation Maximization (EM),
Maximum Entropy (ME) and Hidden Markov Model (HMM). We also cover
some papers in the area of text mining, semtantic web and ontology.
The papers I presented are listed as below. For some of them,
slides are available.
